Terms of Use

1. Provider

2. What Sgully is

Sgully is a game: you care for a gull by starting offline timers. During a timer, Apple's Screen Time locks the apps you choose. Sgully does not promise any particular effect on your screen time and is no substitute for professional advice.

3. Account

• You need an account for Sgully (Apple, Google or email). You must be at least 14 years old.
• One account per person. Keep your access to yourself.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Free and subscriptions

• Free: your own Sgully with all game features.
• Plus: found or join crews (up to three), invite others, crew timers. You can try the first month for free when Apple shows the offer.
• You subscribe through Apple's App Store. Apple shows you the price, term and renewal before you buy. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Apple's terms; you can cancel in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
• When a subscription ends, your data stays. Crew features that need the subscription pause until you have one again. Viewing and leaving your crews always works.

5. Crew

• Choose display and crew names that do not offend anyone.
• The captain can remove members. Anyone can leave a crew at any time.
• If you misuse Sgully (for example with offensive names or attacks on the service), we may suspend your account.

6. Availability

We try to keep Sgully running but cannot guarantee it at all times. Your own Sgully and timers also work offline; account, backup and crew need the server.

7. Liability

We are liable according to the law. We are not liable for slight negligence, except for personal injury and where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

If these terms change in substance, the app asks for your consent again the next time you open it. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

9. Law

Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
